Delivery

After receiving your order and a cleared payment, we will aim to pack and send your purchase within 2 business days from our factory in NSW. Orders over $50 in value will be sent with free tracking.

When you have been notified that your order has been sent please allow 3-5 working days for your item to be delivered in metro areas, or 4-7 working days in regional areas.

Please be aware that during holiday periods there can be delays with the postal service due to higher demand. Delays have also been experienced in extreme weather conditions.

Pre-Order

Pre-Order items will have an estimated ship date, please note that this ship date is accurate to the best of our knowledge and may change. Your order will be processed and sent within 1 business day of the goods arriving at our factory. When you have been notified that your order has been sent please allow 3-5 working days for your item to be delivered in metro areas, or 4-7 working days in regional areas.

Missed Delivery

If you were not at your address when delivery was attempted, your order may be taken to a local depot or post office. A card will be left at the delivery address with all relevant details. Re-deliveries cannot be made where delivery has been attempted.

New Zealand Postage

After receiving your order and a cleared payment, we will aim to pack and send your purchase within 2 business days from our factory in NSW.

When you have been notified that your order has been sent please allow 4-10 working days for your item to be delivered.

Delivery Cost

All delivery costs are calculated using Australia Post’s shipping calculator. This cost is based on the larger of the cubic or dead weights and the destination.

Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day money back guarantee
provided that:

    • You contact us requesting a return within 14 days of receipt of your order.
    • The refund will be for the unit cost and will exclude delivery expenses.
    • Return delivery and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • After receiving the returned product, a refund will be issued as soon as is reasonably practical. We are not responsible for delays occurring due to third- party payment gateways.

    The item is in re-saleable condition including:

    • It is in its original packaging, including manuals and accessories.
    • It is unopened, unused and in its original condition.

Damaged Goods

Please notify us immediately if you receive goods that are DoA or damaged in transit. We will attempt to repair or replace your product in a reasonable time frame. If your product is presented for repair, it may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired.

Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the goods or if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
