Refund policy

Damaged Goods

Please notify us immediately if you receive goods that are DoA or damaged in transit. We will attempt to repair or replace your product in a reasonable time frame. If your product is presented for repair, it may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired.

Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the goods or if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

 

Our warranty terms are 12 months replacement parts only the customer is responsible for determining what problem they are having with the product.

Replacement parts labour to fit these parts are at the customers expense.

We do not accept return products back to our company.

Our policy is replacement of defective parts only.

There is a restocking fee of 45%.
